It also associates a weighting weight between 10% and 60%, so that all 5 criteria represent 100%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\">During the course of the project, the client will be invited by the project manager to evaluate the service provided by assessing each of the 5 criteria on a value scale ranging from &#8220;Bad&#8221; to &#8220;Excellent&#8221;.<br>The result is a score out of 5 points.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"fb0eee2b-5257-441e-b11f-c973c9af5fb9\" class=\"ControlZone ControlZone--clean a_e_50a7110f\" data-automation-id=\"CanvasControl\">\n<div class=\"ControlZone--control\">\n<div class=\"rte-webpart\" dir=\"auto\" data-sp-feature-tag=\"Rich Text Editor\" data-sp-feature-instance-id=\"fb0eee2b-5257-441e-b11f-c973c9af5fb9\">\n<div class=\"cke_editable rte--read rte--inline ckeditable_removeMargin highlightFocusFix rte-strong-fontWeight blockQuoteFont uniformSpacingForElements cke_editable rteEmphasis root-338\" data-automation-id=\"textBox\">\n<h2><span class=\"fontColorThemeSecondary\">When should the survey be conducted?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\">This should be decided with the customer in the launch phase. However, care should be taken to carry out the survey on <strong>a regular basis<\/strong> with an interval <span style=\"color: #0c71c3;\"><u>of no more than 6 consecutive months<\/u>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\">For multi-year projects, such as agencies, the pace will therefore be set on a calendar basis (every 3 to 6 months, for example).  <\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\">For short- or medium-term projects, such as  <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pmchampions.com\/en\/fixed-price-agility\/\">fixed price<\/a><\/strong>, a satisfaction survey at the end of the project (e.g. end of warranty) and &#8211; depending on the duration of the project &#8211; interim surveys based on the milestones or phases of the project (e.g. the delivery of a first batch) will be planned.<\/span>\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pmchampions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/appreciation.png\" width=\"192\" height=\"192\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-987518219 aligncenter size-full\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\">It is a good practice to have the satisfaction survey completed one to two weeks before each <strong>Steering Committee<\/strong> and to present the current evaluation and developments since the beginning of the project during the body. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\">In this way, it is possible to follow the objective trends of quality in the selected areas in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pmchampions.com\/en\/project-governance-instances-tools-and-processes\/\">Steering Committee<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><\/span>with the customer, and it is easier to put into perspective the one-off incidents that sometimes occur and that can &#8220;pollute&#8221; a steering committee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\">If the satisfaction survey is used for a project (project with fixed price), it can also be useful to set it up as part of the <strong>individual follow-up of employees<\/strong>,<strong> <\/strong>in a system operationally managed by the client. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\">Indeed, in this way, the client will not be able to overwhelm an employee whom he has judged positively on several evaluations (any resemblance to real facts is not coincidental).  <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cb36cbf5-81f4-4db6-8b76-bebe3c0127f6\" class=\"ControlZone ControlZone--clean a_e_50a7110f\" data-automation-id=\"CanvasControl\">\n<div class=\"ControlZone--control\">\n<div class=\"rte-webpart\" dir=\"auto\" data-sp-feature-tag=\"Rich Text Editor\" data-sp-feature-instance-id=\"cb36cbf5-81f4-4db6-8b76-bebe3c0127f6\">\n<div class=\"cke_editable rte--read rte--inline ckeditable_removeMargin highlightFocusFix rte-strong-fontWeight blockQuoteFont uniformSpacingForElements cke_editable rteEmphasis root-338\" data-automation-id=\"textBox\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"fontColorThemeSecondary\">Details about the satisfaction survey<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\"><strong><span style=\"color: #8300e9;\"><u>Other initiatives<\/u><\/span><\/strong><br>The project satisfaction survey is complementary to the NPS (Net Promoter Score) and does not replace it: the two approaches are distinct and coexist.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\">Similarly, it is quite possible to carry out additional satisfaction measures which, again, are not a substitute for the project satisfaction survey:  <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\">sprint barometers as part of the A\u00b2 (Augmented Agile) methodology or satisfaction surveys at the level of project teams.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\"><strong><span style=\"color: #8300e9;\"><u>Score Split<\/u><\/span><\/strong><br>The score obtained at the end of the project satisfaction survey is an indicator.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\">The survey must be archived in the project&#8217;s document repository and the score entered in the project monitoring tools to be known to the Delivery management.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\"><strong><span style=\"color: #8300e9;\"><u>Action plan<\/u><\/span><\/strong><br>The result of the project satisfaction survey is not just an indicator.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\">  The project manager must initiate an explanation meeting with the client to dispel any doubts and misunderstandings.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\">They must also produce an action plan, then return it to the client, in order to address areas for improvement operationally.
