un comit\u00e9 de pilotage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\">Si l&#8217;on utilise l&#8217;enqu\u00eate de satisfaction pour un projet (projet avec engagements forfaitaires), il peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utile de le mettre en place dans le cadre du\u00a0<strong>suivi individuel de collaborateurs<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>dans un dispositif pilot\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnellement par le client. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\">En effet, de cette fa\u00e7on, le client ne pourra pas accabler un collaborateur qu&#8217;il a jug\u00e9 positivement sur plusieurs \u00e9valuations (toute ressemblance avec des faits r\u00e9els n&#8217;est pas fortuite). \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cb36cbf5-81f4-4db6-8b76-bebe3c0127f6\" class=\"ControlZone ControlZone--clean a_e_50a7110f\" data-automation-id=\"CanvasControl\">\n<div class=\"ControlZone--control\">\n<div class=\"rte-webpart\" dir=\"auto\" data-sp-feature-tag=\"Rich Text Editor\" data-sp-feature-instance-id=\"cb36cbf5-81f4-4db6-8b76-bebe3c0127f6\">\n<div class=\"cke_editable rte--read rte--inline ckeditable_removeMargin highlightFocusFix rte-strong-fontWeight blockQuoteFont uniformSpacingForElements cke_editable rteEmphasis root-338\" data-automation-id=\"textBox\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"fontColorThemeSecondary\">Pr\u00e9cisions concernant l&#8217;enqu\u00eate satisfaction<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\"><strong><span style=\"color: #8300e9;\"><u>Autres initiatives<\/u><\/span><\/strong><br \/>L&#8217;enqu\u00eate satisfaction projet est compl\u00e9mentaire au NPS (Net Promoter Score) et ne s&#8217;y substitue pas : les deux d\u00e9marches sont distinctes et coexistent. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\">De m\u00eame, il est tout \u00e0 fait possible de r\u00e9aliser des mesures de satisfaction additionnelles qui, l\u00e0-encore, ne se substituent pas \u00e0 enqu\u00eate satisfaction projet : <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\">des barom\u00e8tres au sprint dans le cadre de la m\u00e9thodologie A\u00b2 (Agile Augment\u00e9) ou des enqu\u00eates de satisfaction au niveau des \u00e9quipes projets.\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\"><strong><span style=\"color: #8300e9;\"><u>Partage du score<\/u><\/span><\/strong><br \/>Le score obtenu au terme de l&#8217;enqu\u00eate de satisfaction projet est un indicateur.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\">L&#8217;enqu\u00eate doit \u00eatre archiv\u00e9e dans le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel documentaire du projet et le score renseign\u00e9 dans les outils de suivi projet pour \u00eatre connu du management de la Delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\"><strong><span style=\"color: #8300e9;\"><u>Plan d&#8217;actions<\/u><\/span><\/strong><br \/>Le r\u00e9sultat\u00a0de l&#8217;enqu\u00eate de satisfaction projet n&#8217;est pas qu&#8217;un indicateur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\"> Le pilote de projet doit provoquer une r\u00e9union d&#8217;explication avec le client pour dissiper les \u00e9ventuels doutes et incompr\u00e9hensions. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeMedium\">Il doit \u00e9galement produire un plan d&#8217;actions, puis le restituer au client, de sorte \u00e0 adresser les axes d&#8217;am\u00e9lioration op\u00e9rationnellement.
