These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of digital products offered on pmchampions.com (kits, templates, guides and online courses). Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
1. Seller and reseller
The digital products presented on the site are supplied by Adil Hamid, publisher of the site (see the legal notice), contact: [email protected].
The sale is carried out through Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), acting as reseller (merchant of record): as such, Lemon Squeezy is the seller towards the buyer, issues the invoice and handles the collection and remittance of applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax).
2. Products
The products offered are digital goods delivered by download or online access (project management kits, templates, e-books, courses). Each product is described on its presentation page. Visuals are indicative.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the product page. Applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) are calculated and added where relevant by the reseller Lemon Squeezy at the time of payment, based on the buyer’s country. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order; the publisher reserves the right to change prices at any time.
4. Order and payment
Payment is made at the time of order via the secure Lemon Squeezy platform, which accepts in particular credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on the buyer’s device and country. The order is confirmed after payment is validated.
5. Delivery
Digital products are made available immediately after payment confirmation, via a download link and/or access to an online area. No physical shipment is made.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the rules applicable to digital content supplied in intangible form, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that supply begins upon order confirmation and expressly waives the right of withdrawal once the product has been accessed or downloaded. Any refund request is handled in accordance with the terms of the reseller Lemon Squeezy.
7. Intellectual property and usage license
The products are protected by intellectual property law. Purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive usage license. Reselling, sharing, redistributing or republishing the products, in whole or in part, is prohibited without written authorization.
8. Liability
The products are provided as tools and resources. The seller does not guarantee any specific result from their use and cannot be held liable for the consequences of their implementation by the buyer.
9. Personal data
Data collected during an order is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. The reseller Lemon Squeezy’s own terms, accepted by the buyer at payment, also apply to the transaction. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action, via the contact form.
